Hi! I’m Latoya,

the proud owner of Wild Flour Bakeshop, where I bring to life the rich legacy of baking passed down through generations in my family.

Inspired by my extraordinary mother and grandmother, who were renowned for their mouthwatering cakes and pies in my hometown of Brenham, TX, I decided to explore my own path in the baking world. While cake decorating didn't quite fulfill me, a serendipitous experiment with cookie decorating revealed my true talent. The first batch of beautifully adorned cookies affirmed my calling to turn my passion into a thriving business.
